Madhav Kaushish

Founder

Madhav is a founder, educator, and researcher who holds a PhD in Mathematics from the University of Arizona. He co-founded Peach, an AI-powered personalised learning platform for school students, and ThinQ, an education collective reimagining the goals of learning. He also built the AI infrastructure for Open English, the second largest English language learning company in the world. With over a decade of experience at the intersection of technology and education — spanning product, curriculum design, and AI — Madhav brings intellectual depth and a builder's mindset to every venture the studio incubates.

Bharat Dhody

Founder

Bharat is a multi-time founder with a track record spanning edtech, food, and hospitality. He co-founded Peach, an AI-driven personalised teaching platform, and previously built Doki Foods and managed Casa Boutique Hotels. Earlier in his career he worked at 91springboard leading new venture creation and strategic innovation, giving him a front-row view of India's startup ecosystem. Bharat holds an MBA from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and a BSc in Economics from SOAS University of London.

Shreyas Dayal

Founding Engineer

Shreyas is a software engineer and founding-team builder who thrives in zero-to-one environments. A graduate of IIT Bombay, he joined Peach as a Founding Engineer and previously served as Founding Engineer at MapIT.ai, where he owned product development across multiple client projects while growing and mentoring an engineering team. Shreyas brings hands-on technical execution capability to the studio — the kind of engineering horsepower that turns early-stage ideas into working products fast.

Tarak Batra

Product

Tarak is an entrepreneur and product builder. He is part of the founding team at Peach, focused on product development. Before joining the studio, he co-founded the Student Marketing Agency at the University of Exeter and completed a year-long brand internship on the Disney+ EMEA team at The Walt Disney Company. A BSc (Hons) graduate in Business and Management, Tarak brings a sharp product lens to new venture creation.

Kanishk Kapoor

GTM

Kanishk is a go-to-market specialist currently building AI-native solutions across manufacturing and compliance. With experience at Peach leading GTM and partnership initiatives, and a background spanning creative industries — including a stint as an assistant writer at Applause Entertainment — he brings an unusual blend of commercial strategy and creative thinking to the studio. A University of British Columbia alumnus, Kanishk is drawn to building companies where product, storytelling, and distribution intersect.
